REFUND POLICY
Please review this policy carefully before registering for a pickleball camp or event.
1. Camper-Initiated Cancellations
Refunds and credits are based on how far in advance written notice of cancellation is received before the camp start date.
30 or more days before camp: Eligible for a 90% refund of the registration fee or 100% credit toward a future camp.
15–29 days before camp: Eligible for a 75% refund or 100% credit toward a future camp.
8–14 days before camp: No refund is available; however, you will receive a 50% credit toward a future camp.
0–7 days before camp: Cancellations made during the final seven days before camp are not eligible for refunds or credits.
All credits must be used toward a future eligible camp within 12 months of the cancellation date. Credits are non-transferable to another individual unless prior approval is granted by Sports Excellence LLC.
2. No-Show Policy
Campers who fail to attend a registered camp without providing prior written notice of cancellation will forfeit their registration fees. No refund or credit will be issued for a no-show.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact us in writing:

Include your full name, camp or event registration details, scheduled camp date, and reason for cancellation. The date your written cancellation request is received will be used to determine the applicable cancellation window.
4. Changes to This Policy
Sports Excellence LLC reserves the right to update this Refund Policy as needed. Any updates will be posted on PickleballJay.com with a revised “Last Updated” date. The policy applicable to your registration should be reviewed at the time of booking.
