A few of you have asked me to share some of the drills I practice at home. Great news, I’ve got a YouTube channel where I’ll be posting content more regularly, both in English and in French!

There are already some videos available, and if you’d like to watch all the videos in one place, you can also find them under the Videos tab on my main website.

Coming up next: the Sacramento Open!

I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be competing in all three events—singles, doubles, and mixed! This time, I’ll be teaming up with Etta and Riley, and here’s the fun twist, we’ll be using wooden paddles.

It feels like a little throwback to when we first made the switch from carbon technology to composite paddles. Can’t wait to get out there and relive a bit of that history on the courts!

Tip of the Day:

The game is constantly evolving, as well as paddle technology. Today’s tip is for your third shot! Back then we used to drop and move in almost every time to get to the line. Nowadays, players tend to drive or “drip” their third, they aren’t looking to make a winner, they are looking to drop and move in on their fifth since players return better now. Patience is key”
